Sending of commercial communications

The purpose of the processing is to send commercial communications and news about products and services offered by Deiser Group.

The legal basis for processing your data is the formalization of a contract between your organization/yourself and Deiser. This contract authorizes Deiser to send you commercial communications based on legitimate interest under LSSI-CE, even after the contractual relationship has ended, by electronic and telephone means.

However, despite having this legal basis, we would like to request your explicit consent for the sending of personalized commercial communications, by any means, jointly by Deiser Group (for these purposes, composed of Deiser Desarrollo e Integración de Sistemas S.L. (VAT: ESB81878597), Deiser Consulting and Solutions S.L. (VAT: ESB56845001) and Deiser Apps S.L. (VAT: ESB56845225)), as, due to corporate changes that now make us a business group, and regarding the management of commercial communications and our corporate website, we act and process your personal data as joint controllers, jointly determining how to process your data for commercial purposes. This means that Deiser Group does not differentiate between personalized communications by each entity, given that the nature of our service provision and our corporate mission are the same, and therefore we decide on the content of commercial communications and the website jointly.
